Because our chapters are crafted in strictly limited, small batches, we do not operate like a traditional warehouse. We do not ship daily. Instead, your secured canvas is part of a singular, curated release.

Global Dispatch Date: All reserved allocations for Chapter 01: Summer of '26 will leave our studio simultaneously on July 1st.

The Arrival: This specific dispatch date ensures your bottle arrives precisely in time for the summer. Your perfume will be resting on your shelf, ready to anchor the new season from day one. Once your allocation leaves our studio, you will receive a private tracking link to monitor its journey.

Retour: You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To qualify for a successful return and full refund:

1. The main product must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with the outer sleeve still securely on the main Archive Book, and the seal unbroken. 
   
   
2. The product must be packed securely in its original packaging.
   
   
3. Once received at our perfumery, every return undergoes a quality check. Because we inspect every piece manually to ensure its integrity for future curators, processing your return may take slightly longer.
