Our Risk-Free Sample Service
At Sniffi, we believe in capturing memories through scent. To help you build your personal Scent Journal risk-free, every order of a full-size Archive Book includes a complimentary matching tester sample in a classic glassine envelope.

What you should do: When your package arrives, please open the glassine sample envelope first to experience the fragrance on your skin.
- The Sniffi Rule: You are welcome to keep the sample kit, regardless of your decision. However, to be eligible for a full refund, the main Archive Book must remain completely unopened and intact.
Returns & The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with European Union regulations, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a justification.
To qualify for a successful return and full refund:
- The main product must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with the outer sleeve still securely on the main Archive Book, and the seal unbroken.
- The product must be packed securely in its original packaging.
- Once received at our perfumery, every return undergoes a quality check. Because we inspect every piece manually to ensure its integrity for future curators, processing your return may take slightly longer.
Note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our team at [contact@sniffi.nl]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package back to our Archive. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Damages, Issues, and Missing Items
We treat our fragrances like pieces of art, but we know things can happen during transit. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Missing Products: If an item is missing from your order, please contact us with proof of the missing product (such as a photo of the package content and shipping label) so we can investigate.
- Order Not Received: If your tracking status shows as delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to us at contact@sniffi.nl. You deserve your package, and we will make sure you get it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the seasonal release you want is to return the unopened item you have. Once the return is accepted at our Archive, you can make a separate purchase for the new fragrance.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned Archive Book. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the refund.
